PM Modi inaugurates key development projects in MP's Dhar on 75th birthday

On his 75th birthday, PM Modi visited Dhar district in Madhya Pradesh to kickstart a series of development initiatives. The prime minister formally launched the Swasth Nari–Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan and the 8th Rashtriya Poshan Maah Campaign, both designed to address critical gaps in maternal and child health. The two programmes are expected to strengthen access to nutrition and healthcare services, particularly for women in rural and semi-urban areas. “I want all of you sisters and mothers to visit these medical camps and get tested. As a son and brother, I can request this much from you. You won’t have to pay anything for the tests and the medicines. There will be no fee,” the prime minister said while addressing the audience at the event.”State treasury is not more important than your health… And the Ayushman Card will assist you with further treatments… This campaign begins today and continues till Vijaya Dashami on October 2… Please spare some time for your health… Lakhs of camps are going to be organised. Please visit them as much as possible… Tell all the mothers and sisters ‘Aapka beta Dhar aaya tha,'” he added. Alongside these launches, PM Modi also directly transfered financial benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) to the bank accounts of eligible women across the country. Nearly 10 lakh women are expected to gain from this move, which aims to reduce delays and ensure greater transparency in delivering support for maternal care.Live Events “There are four pillars of the Viksit Bharat journey; women, youth, poor and farmers. Today, schemes related to all four of these have been dedicated to the nation… Our Nari Shakti is the base of the progress of our nation. If the mother stays healthy, then the whole house stays well. If a mother falls ill, the entire family’s system collapses. Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar campaign is dedicated to our mothers and sisters,” PM Modi said in his speech. During his visit, the BJP leader further inaugurated the Aadi Seva Parv, an initiative intended to expand services in health, education, nutrition, livelihood, and water conservation for tribal communities.— PTI_News (@PTI_News) Another major announcement of the day was the laying of the foundation stone for India’s first PM MITRA Park in Dhar’s Bhainsola village. The park is part of the prime minister’s 5F Vision—Farm to Fibre, Fibre to Factory, Factory to Fashion, and Fashion to Foreign—which seeks to integrate India’s textile value chain.”I congratulate the entirety of India for these development works, especially Madhya Pradesh,” the prime minister said during his speech. Spread over 2,150 acres, the park will be developed as a modern industrial township with advanced facilities such as a Common Effluent Treatment Plant, solar power systems, and upgraded road networks. By strengthening value-addition in cotton and textile production, the project is expected to directly benefit farmers while spurring industrial growth. Textile companies have already pledged investments worth Rs 23,140 crore, signalling strong industry interest. The government estimates that the park will create nearly 3 lakh jobs and significantly boost India’s textile exports in the coming years.Add as a Reliable and Trusted News Source Add Now!
