PlayStation Plus subscribers’ free Essential games for November 2025 are Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced Wednesday. Players can download the trio of games beginning Tuesday, Nov. 4. Stray, released in 2022 by BlueTwelve Studio, is a futuristic dystopian puzzle-platformer-adventure in which you play as a cat trying to get home. As we said in our review of the game, Stray is more than just an adventure, "it’s a psy-op made for people who love cats." Stray will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. EA Sports WRC 24 is Electronic Arts and Codemasters' latest (and maybe the final) World Rally Championship racing sim, letting players design and drive their dream rally car, and race in recreations of recent events and major historical highlights. EA Sports WRC 24 will be available via PlayStation Plus on PlayStation 5. Totally Accurate Battle Simulator is a silly, physics-based strategy video game developed by Landfall Games. Players remix historical battles, in which Ancient Greek-style phalanxes appear alongside Persian-esque archers and Romanish swordsmen and Carthaginian battle elephants. "But they’re not, in the least sense, historically accurate. They’re cartoonish and floppy," we said in our review of the 2019 game.Totally Accurate Battle Simulator (or TABS) will be available via PlayStation Plus on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. November 2025’s PS Plus Essential games will be available for download through Dec. 1. PS Plus subscribers can still pick up October 2025’s PlayStation Plus Essential games — Alan Wake 2, Cocoon, and Goat Simulator 3 — through Nov. 3. PlayStation Plus Essential is the lowest tier of Sony’s subscription game service. It offers online multiplayer access, a monthly assortment of free PS4 and PS5 games, cloud storage, and discounts on PlayStation Store purchases. PlayStation Plus Essential costs $79.99 annually, $24.99 for a three-month subscription, or $9.99 monthly.
