Amid all this, one Maplewood, New Jersey, pizzeria is going viral for offering free slices to SNAP recipients. In a TikTok video, Roman Gourmet owner Vinnie Loffredo said, "Roman Gourmet is always here for those in need." "Any time of day, you present your SNAP card. You bring it in here and show it to any employee, you get two slices and a soda from the fountain for free, okay? One hundred percent free."
