The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Berkshire Community College will host “Behind the Scenes of Sports Television” with Neal Pilson at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, at Berkshire Community College and via Zoom. Pilson, former CBS Sports president and Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame inductee, will share stories from his nearly 50-year career covering the NFL, NBA, NCAA, Olympics, and more, including insights on women’s sports and the business of televised sports. The audience can expect first-hand accounts of working with legendary broadcasters and sports figures including John Madden, Pat Summerall, Brent Musburger, Phyllis George, Jimmy “The Greek” Snyder, and Jim Nantz.
