A spokesperson said, “Hurricane Melissa did not stop The Fidelis Partnership [TFP] and 16 other businesses in the West Hamilton area from hosting this year’s Halloween celebration. Originally scheduled for October 31st, the event was postponed by a week to ensure the community could still take part.” “Despite the delay, we were committed to holding the event because it brings together children and the wider community.
