When you grow together with AI, it becomes much easier to carry out your daily work. It’s difficult to predict what will happen with the engineering field in the future. If you ask managers, they would like the number of engineers to be reduced by half. In my opinion, introducing performance indicators related to the use of artificial intelligence creates additional pressure on employees. If we do not explain what AI means and what its benefits are, the road to burnout becomes inevitable. Technology must be seen as an ally, never as an enemy. Organizations must create a fair and healthy framework through which employees can develop in a digital direction. Only this way can we achieve innovation and technological advancement.
