While the Baltimore Ravens opened Sunday’s Week 4 matchup with a touchdown, it was all Kansas City Chiefs from that point forward.
The Chiefs took a 20-10 lead into halftime and ultimately won 37-20, improving to 2-2 on the season, while Baltimore fell to 1-3.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes led the way, completing 25 of 37 passes for 270 yards and four touchdowns. His first two touchdowns were historic, making him the youngest player in NFL history to reach 250 career passing touchdowns — achieved in just his 116th game.
Following the win, Mahomes shared a strong message about reaching the 250-touchdown milestone during his postgame interview with CBS Sports sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson.
“It’s awesome. I have a lot of great people and a lot of great players around me, and it’s easy when you get to throw to those guys,” Mahomes said. “So we’ll keep moving, keep getting better, and let’s see if we get to 500 or something.”

If Mahomes did hit the 500 passing-touchdown milestone, he would be just the sixth QB to do so, joining Tom Brady (649), Drew Brees (571), Peyton Manning (539), Aaron Rodgers (510), and Brett Favre (508).
Mahomes also spoke about the Chiefs’ win, which was by far the best Kansas City has looked this season and marked the first time since 2023 that Mahomes threw four touchdowns in a game.
“Super excited about how we looked. We’ve got to clean up some stuff on those first few drives, get touchdowns instead of field goals, but it’s something to build on,” Mahomes said. “That’s a great football team that’s going to be around all year long and in the playoffs. So to be able to win a game at home, get back to 2-2, and keep this momentum going as we move forward this season is huge.”

The Chiefs will now hit the road for a Week 5 “Monday Night Football” matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are coming off a thrilling win over the San Francisco 49ers to improve to 3-1.
After that game, Kansas City returns home for three consecutive matchups against the Detroit Lions, Las Vegas Raiders, and Washington Commanders before hitting the road again for a highly anticipated showdown with the Buffalo Bills in Week 9.
