Now, the American football tight end revealed how he became extremely emotional at the time of the proposal.
In a recent interview, Travis Kelce revealed how “rattled” he felt while getting down on one knee to pop the million-dollar question of marriage to his ladylove, Taylor Swift. The 35-year-old admitted that he had shed a few tears as well. “She can tell that story. The palms were definitely sweating,” the NFL star told FOX.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end further mentioned, “I’m an emotional guy, so there were a few tears here and there. But it’s been an exciting ride up to this day, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with her.”
Travis explained that their bond makes him a better person. “She has brought excitement and a joy for life that made me a better man, made me a better person, and made me just that much more comfortable in who I am,” responded the athlete, who recently kicked off his 13th NFL season with the Chiefs.
