Palestinian students say chance to study at Queen’s University ‘life changing’ after arriving in Ireland

A pair of Palestinian students who arrived in Belfast to study as part of a scholarship have described the opportunity as “life changing”.
Students, Alaa Ahmad and Ibrahim Mahdi arrived on the local campus at Queen’s University in mid-September, and are preparing to get into their AI and Public Health courses.
