Sam Heughan has delighted fans with a new update on social media, as he was pictured alongside his beaming mum Chrissie as he unveiled an exciting new business venture. The Outlander star was all smiles as he visited his new Galloway distillery in Scotland earlier this week, showcasing some stunning new bespoke gin and whisky beakers available to purchase alongside his Sassenach gin collection. The snaps were shared on an Outlander fan page on Facebook, with fans quickly swooning over the updates from the Scottish actor . The post quickly racked up likes, with 4.9k reactions, 290 comments and 45 shares on social media. Fans were quick to point out how proud Sam’s mum Chrissie looked in the snaps as they took to the comments section of the post, and congratulated the Outlander star on the success of his ever-growing business venture. One fan was gutted to have missed the star , noting: “Can’t believe I live a few miles away and drove past the distillery and didn’t know you were there. Will definitely be going to the distillery soon and if I am lucky might see you but know you have a busy schedule” Fans all said the same thing, as they couldn’t believe the resembelance between Sam and his mum, as they gushed over how proud she looked. “Beautiful photo of Sam & his Mum, she looks very proud,” one fan commented. Another fan echoed: “Sam’s mom looks so proud and enjoying a dram too. hanx for sharing these pics.” Someone else chimed: “Congratulations on your new Distillery!!! You look so much like your Mom!!!! The cups are very nice!!! Enjoy your time with your Mom!!!” One fan notably stunned by the pictures simply wrote: “Oh my he looks so much like her!” “Love to see your mom. Congratulation and hope that you have success,” penned another fan. Someone else commented: “Your mum looks very proud. Wishing you great success with this new venture. X” Elsewhere, fans further afield are keen to know if the new pottery items will be available for delivery. One person wrote: “Handsome as ever Sam, I’m sure your Mum is very proud of you. I love the mugs, can they be purchased somewhere?” Another fan remarked: “Is there going to be a catalog to purchase things for those of us who live far!!!!” Sam Heughan’s mum Chrissie raised the Outlander star alongside his brother as a single parent. Chrissie Heughan is an international artist, which likely explains her bursting pride over her son’s latest branching creativity in his business.
