If there’s one thing Oregon football is known for (beyond being an annual power), it’s extravagant, new uniforms every week of the season.
The Ducks revealed their highly anticipated uniform combination for the White Out vs. Penn State this weekend — and it has a twist.
Oregon will wear black helmets with silver Duck wings, white jerseys with silver shoulder accents and green numbers and black pants.
The twist? The Ducks will wear glow-in-the-dark accessories, including arm sleeves, gloves and cleats. Oregon revealed the cleats earlier in the week in a promotional video.
These accessories, perhaps in a nod to the White Out itself, have a bandage-wrapped look like a mummy. Oregon also revealed an alternate logo with a “mummy duck.”
The Nittany Lions, as always, will wear their blue jerseys in the White Out with classic white helmets with a blue stripe.
No. 3 Penn State hosts No. 6 Oregon for the White Out at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, with the game airing on NBC.
