Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation would hold online auction of 167 open plots in Thorrur, Kurmalguda in Rangareddy districts and Bahadurpally in Medchal-Malkajgiri from October 28 to 30. This includes 120 plots measuring 200 to 500 square yards in Thorrur; 29 plots measuring 200 to 300 square yards in Kurmalguda and 18 plots measuring 200 to 1,000 square yards in Bahadurpally. The e-auction would be held in a transparent manner as part of the process to make residential plots available to people, said the Corporation’s Managing Director V.P. Gautham. In the previous auction, a square yard in Thorrur attracted a price of ₹67,500; ₹29,000 in Kurmalguda; and ₹47,000 in Bahadurpally. For the current auction, the minimum price per square yard in Thorrur is ₹25,000; ₹20,000 in Kurmalguda, and ₹30,000 for corner plots & ₹27,000 for other plots in Bahadurpally.
