MACKINAC COUNTY, MI -- The Mackinac County Sheriff has confirmed one person has died at the Mackinac Bridge. The sheriff’s department responded to the scene of the suspected suicide on Tuesday, Nov. 4. Authorities were still on the scene at 3:20 p.m. when MLive contacted the department. The sheriff’s department does not plan to release identifying details at this time. MLive is reporting the incident due to the public location.
