Omnicom expects the deal, projected to close by the end of next month, to drive revenue growth and cost synergies. Its revenue of $4.04 billion in the three months ended September 30 came roughly in line with analyst estimates, according to data compiled by LSEG. The company's media and advertising segment, its largest by revenue, posted an organic growth of 9.1% to $2.35 billion in the third quarter.
