Kajol and Ajay Devgn’s daughter Nysa Devgan often creates fun, interesting reels with Orry that go viral on social media. This time was no different! Ahead of Halloween 2025, Nysa and Orry got together to recreate the iconic, bold 1996 photoshoot featuring Bollywood divas Kajol and Rekha, for CineBlitz magazine. While Nysa chose to channel her mother Kajol, Orry chose to recreate Rekha’s looks from the photoshoot. They added their own modern spin to it, and called it the ‘GenZ equivalent’ of the iconic photoshoot from years ago. The video quickly went viral, with celebrities like Malaika Arora and Kanika Kapoor sharing their appreciation. Nysa Devgan, Orry Recreate Kajol And Rekha’s Bold 1996 Photoshoot The video begins with Nysa Devgan and Orry prepping for the photoshoot. Orry says, “We’re doing a fun Halloween shoot inspired by out favourite people.” Orry said, ” Nysa says, “Mine is my mother (Kajol),” while Orry says, “And mine is THE Mother (Rekha).” They go on to recreate Kajol and Rekha’s iconic looks, poses, and styling from the original photoshoot nearly three decades ago. While Kajol and Rekha’s photoshoot may not appear controversial today, back in 1996, it caused a stir for its boldness. Kanika Kapoor commented, “Fav collab.” “How are you winning Halloween so early,” read a third comment, while another one read, “this was ICONIC in every way! y’all ATE!” Many other netizens pointed out Nysa looks like a spitting image of Kajol. Meanwhile, Kajol’s daughter Nysa graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hospitality, specializing in Luxury Brand Strategy. The 22-year-old pursued her degree at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. Kajol previously revealed that her daughter has no plans to enter showbiz. In April, while speaking at News18’s Rising Bharat Summit 2025, Kajol stated that Nysa currently has no plans to pursue a career in acting.
