The new patriotic party has constituted an Adhoc committee to overseas the campaign conduct of all aspiring presidential candidate,their team, and their followers.
The five member committee has been tasked to:
1. Monitor the comments, actions, and conduct of all aspirants and their followers during
the campaign period.
2. Receive and review petitions from aspirants concerning utterances, hate speech, insults,and abusive language directed at them.
3. Recommend appropriate measures and other sanctions, including initiating disciplinary action where necessary, to preserve the dignity, unity, and image of the Party.
4. This mechanism is intended to provide a fair, structured, and transparent process to address
concerns and ensure a decorous campaign atmosphere in line with the values and traditions of
the New Patriotic Party.
The membership of the Committee is as follows:
1. Ing. Dr. Kwasi Abeasi – Chairman
2. Dr. Alex Glover-Quartey member
3. Mr. Ato Hamilton – Member
4. Mr. Kwadwo Afari – Member
5. Mr. Mark Opoku – Secretary
