The Notre Dame and the Pittsburgh will start Saturday's action at noon, in a showdown of ranked opponents. Notre Dame has been undefeated since losing their first two games, and has climbed back into the top 10 of the College Football Playoff rankings. Meanwhile, Pitt has been the No. 11 passing offense since turning to Mason Heintschel at QB, and have won five games in a row to put themselves back in the ACC race. Pittsburgh will be where ESPN College Gameday sets up on Saturday morning to get the college football day started. Afterward, there are three other matchups featuring ranked opponents. In the Big Ten, the Iowa Hawkeyes travel west for an appointment with the USC Trojans, while the SEC will feature Oklahoma-Alabama and Texas-Georgia.
