Norway’s $2.1 trillion wealth fund posted its voting intentions online ahead of Tesla’s annual meeting on Thursday, saying it’s “concerned about the total size of the award, dilution, and lack of mitigation of key person risk.” The fund, which owns 1.1% of Tesla, said that while it appreciates “the significant value created under Mr Musk’s visionary role” the vote is “consistent” with its views on executive compensation.
