Hanamkonda: The SC/ST Cell of National Institute of Technology Warangal (NIT-W) is going to conduct free GATE coaching classes for students belonging to SC and ST categories. The coaching is open to students of NIT Warangal as well as other engineering colleges in and around Warangal, covering all branches of engineering. The duration of the coaching classes is eight weeks; classes will commence from November 17 and conclude on January 9, 2026. The initiative aims to provide quality guidance and support to aspiring engineers preparing for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). Interested candidates can register and attend the classes as per the guidelines provided, said an official release. Union minister Bandi Sanjay to fund SSC exam fees in Karimnagar Meanwhile, Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar has announced that he would pay the SSC examination fee for all students studying in government schools within the Karimnagar Lok Sabha constituency. In this regard, he has written to the concerned district Collectors. According to official information, 12,292 Class X students are enrolled in government schools across the constituency. These include 4,847 students in Karimnagar district, 4,059 in Siricilla, 1,118 in Siddipet, 1,135 in Jagtial and 1,133 in Hanamkonda. The total fee amount is estimated to be over Rs 15 lakh.
