The already very poor, very expensive, healthcare system in the United States has been gutted, as you may be about to find out if your healthcare depends on any of the agencies or policies that have been ended of dismantled. Even worse medical research in America has been devastated. The country has gone from world leader to third-class as the programs end, the funding dries up, and the researchers move to other countries.
