Nicole Kidman's Upcoming Projects After Keith Urban Split

Following her split from Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman is keeping busy with a slew of upcoming projects.
In September 2025, Deadline confirmed that Big Little Lies would be returning for a third season after a five year hiatus.
The show, which originally premiered on HBO in 2017, followed five women — Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, Shailene Woodley, Laura Dern and Zöe Kravitz — in Monterey, California, who end up being swept into a murder investigation after a school fundraiser.
Along with season 3 of Big Little Lies now in the works, Kidman is also starring in Lioness season 3, Practical Magic 2, Margo’s Got Money Troubles, Scarpetta, Girls and Their Horses and Discretion.
Kidman’s personal life took a turn after Us Weekly confirmed in September 2025 that she and Urban were splitting after 19 years of marriage. Kidman, who shares daughters Sunday and Faith with Urban, filed for divorce from the country singer one day after the news broke.
“Nicole had been trying to get them to work on their marriage and did not want this to get out to the public. She didn’t tell many friends what was really going on with them and was holding this in for months,” a source told Us in October 2025. “They had both been spending a lot of time apart due to work commitments and have been living separate lives. Her and Keith were not on the same page.”
