Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s shock split after 19 years of marriage emerged on Tuesday – but may have been hinted at months ago over on Instagram.
Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, married in June 2006 and share two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.
The couple celebrated their wedding anniversary in June, when there was one notable sign of the couple’s upcoming separation.
The Oscar winner and country singer-songwriter often share heartfelt messages to celebrate their relationship with their followers.
However, it was only Nicole who posted a sweet photo with Keith to mark their special milestone, captioning the post: ‘Happy Anniversary Baby’.
While Keith commented a loveheart emoji underneath the post, he did not share his own tribute to Nicole and their marriage on his own feed.

On their anniversary the year before, he posted a photo of himself strumming the guitar against a gorgeous ocean backdrop, with Nicole lying next to him. In the caption, he wrote of his love for his wife and said it was ‘forever’.
However, it has now been reported by TMZ that the couple have been living apart since the start of the summer.
Meanwhile, a source told People: ‘Nicole’s sister [Antonia] has been a rock and the entire Kidman family has come together to support one another.’
‘She didn’t want this,’ they continued, referring to Nicole. ‘She has been fighting to save the marriage.’
Nicole recently finished filming the Practical Magical sequel alongside Sandra Bullock in London, which is a follow-up to the 90s cult classic about a witchy pair of sisters.

The acclaimed actress also shared a wrap-up of her ‘summer memories’ on Instagram last month, which included snaps of her daughters and wider family, but noticeably no Keith.
He has instead been on tour through the summer as part of his High and Alive World Tour, with shows scheduled through mid-October and the next stop scheduled for Thursday, in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
He also has concerts scheduled for the UK and the Bahamas in March 2026.
The couple first met in 2005 at the G’Day USA gala in Los Angeles, which was an event to promote their shared native country Australia.
