NI tattoo parlour announces closure after eight years in business

A Lisburn tattoo and piercing shop has announced its upcoming closure on social media after eight years in business. Titanic Tattoo and Piercing Company located at 122 Longstone Street, Lisburn , made the announcement on their Facebook page yesterday morning (Tuesday). Their Facebook page contains 68 reviews with a 100% recommendation rate for the business. The Facebook post read: "It is with a very heavy heart we write this as it is not something we have taken lightly after eight years. It's no news to any of us that the cost of living is rising, plus as a studio, we have been feeling that massively. "Therefore the studio will be closing this week. Anyone who has outstanding vouchers or anyone looking to get booked in for a last-minute tattoo, please get in touch as soon as possible." The business said their piercer will be working until Friday and their tattooists will be working elsewhere in the future. They advised anyone interested in the tattooist's work to contact the artist directly on social media. The post added: "Lastly, we just want to say a massive thank you to every single customer who has ever entered the studio. Whether that be for a £15 piercing or multiple days sat getting tattoos. Without you, this would have been a much easier decision." For all the latest news, visit the Belfast Live homepage here and sign up to our daily newsletter here.
