The WWE, NJPW, and TNA Wrestling legend has revealed that he will be hanging up his boots at some point in 2026. Styles hasn’t committed to an exact retirement date at this time. Styles recently closed the book on one of his biggest rivalries at “Crown Jewel” in Perth. He had yet another memorable singles match against Cena. Styles wore his throwback TNA Wrestling shorts for the match. Ultimately, Cena won the tribute-filled encounter. Styles is no stranger to holding tag team gold. He once held the WWE World Tag Team Championship with Omos, and the two reigned for four months. Going further back to his TNA Wrestling days, Styles was a four-time NWA World Tag Team Champion. He also captured the TNA World Tag Team Championship twice. Styles even held the ROH tag team gold with Amazing Red. As for Styles’ current partner, Lee, this is his first run with a main roster title. Lee did capture the NXT North American Championship and the WWE Speed Championship prior.
