A high street fashion staple with 338 stores is launching its first ever loyalty scheme - giving shoppers weekly discounts. N ew Look, which has stores in Birmingham and Solihull , has launched its first ever loyalty programme. New Look is introducing Club New Look nationwide, offering members exclusive discounts, early access and prize draws. Club New Look is free to join and includes a 25% off welcome online offer on full-priced items. Helen Connolly, New Look’s chief executive said: “Club New Look is our new loyalty proposition, designed to offer exclusive, added-value benefits that make our members feel seen, appreciated and inspired. READ MORE Thousands of Blue Badge holders issued update over free bus travel “Following a successful soft launch, which saw 500,000 customers joining our club, we are now aiming to have 800,000 members by the end of the financial year. “We’re excited to roll this out nationally as part of our ongoing strategy to create a more digitally driven, personalised and rewarding shopping experience.” You can join by going to the Profile screen on your New Look mobile app. From there you can tap “discover more” to read all the benefits in the members hub screen, and join the program. If you don’t see a big banner on your Profile screen with a “discover more” button it’s because you’re not yet eligible to join the program. The chain said: "We’re slowly rolling out the program across all our UK customers. If you’re in the UK and still can't see the Club New Look on the Profile screen of your app don’t worry, you will be invited to join shortly. Thanks for your patience. "After joining the program you’ll get exclusive member prices across hundreds of products. These prices will always be lower than what non-members pay, and don’t require using any kind of code at checkout (they’re automatically applied as you shop). "In addition, you’ll also receive exclusive fashion tips from us, and the opportunity to win competition prizes and invitations to exclusive events."
