New gameplay for Battlefield 6’s Operation Firestorm map has appeared online.
Operation Firestorm is a map that was first released with Battlefield 3, returned in BF4 and is currently the only named remade map to be featured in Battlefield 6. We have seen glimpses of the map through leaks, but we have yet to see it in all its glory. Fortunately for players, 5 minutes of new gameplay has surfaced online for BF6 Operation Firestorm.
5 Minutes of Battlefield 6 Operation Firestorm Gameplay
The latest gameplay video for Battlefield 6 Operation Firestorm comes through the courtesy of ModernWarzone on X (formerly Twitter). In the new gameplay video, the player is seen exploring the map on a tank, in a helicopter, and on foot. The player battled across four different locations on the map, including the Construction Site, Filling Station, Logistics Hub, and Warehouses. ModernWarzone was recently allowed by EA and Battlefield to play and capture footage early. Today, the account has shared a wealth of new Battlefield 6 information, including gameplay for the largest map in the game, Mirak Valley, as well as all the weapons and vehicles in the game, and more.
In other news, it has been confirmed that players can get mud and blood on their weapons in Battlefield 6. Additionally, the game’s highly anticipated battle royale mode is reportedly scheduled to release on October 28, 2025.
