New 'Property Brothers' Among 4 Series Greenlit By HGTV

HGTV is rounding out 2025 with the announcement of four newly greenlit series and the renewal of its stalwart House Hunters franchise. New series coming to the network are Property Brothers: Under Pressure (wt), Botched Homes, Neighborhood Watch (wt) and World’s Bargain Dream Homes (wt). Home reno and real estate experts Drew and Jonathan Scott will star in and executive produce Property Brothers: Under Pressure (wt), a new 14-episode series, in which the twins will help wary buyers make confident, informed decision, guiding them through the highs and lows of the homebuying process, then incorporating design solutions into renovations that create their dream homes. Botched Homes, slated for 2026, features New York City-turned Florida contractor Charlie Kawas and his expert crew aimed at fixing disastrous work that leads to unsafe and unlivable homes. In the eight-episode series Charlie and his crew “will right the wrongs of shoddy contractors and DIY projects gone awry, bringing function, flow and beauty to clients’ spaces in disrepair,” according to the release. Also premiering on HGTV in 2026 is Neighborhood Watch (wt) from Arrow Media. Each of the 16 half-hour episodes will feature “the raw, unfiltered and sometimes shocking footage straight from security cameras, smart doorbells, nanny cams and baby monitors across America. From neighbors and postal workers to uninvited guests and animal visitors, the network will tap into the hilarious, outrageous and downright bizarre moments caught on home surveillance video,” HGTV says. The network’s newest house hunting series, the 12-episode World’s Bargain Dream Homes (wt) from Twenty Twenty Television, will follow people brave enough to purchase the world’s most affordable properties that also happen to be stunning, turnkey and in desirable locations around the globe. It is slated for premiere in 2026. House Hunters and its popular spinoff House Hunters International have been renewed through 2026 with a total of 400 new half-hour episodes. In the interactive experience, viewers get to peek inside three different homes, check out the layout and furnishings, evaluate them and pick which one they think will work best for the new homeowner. House Hunters is produced by Pie Town Productions, and House Hunters International is produced by Leopard USA.
