The NDA unveiled its manifesto (Sankalp Patra) for the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, promising over one crore jobs, free education for poor students from KG to PG, and enhanced farmer support with ₹9,000 annual Kisan Samman Nidhi. The Opposition, however, hit back; RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav dubbed it a “Sorry Patra,” Congress leader Pawan Khera demanded a 20-year report card, and Prashant Kishor dismissed manifestos as ‘meaningless for coalition already in power.’
