Antetokounmpo is leading his Bucks to a 2-1 start thanks to his 36 points, 16 rebounds, and seven assists per game average. The 21-year-old dropped 40 points, 15 rebounds, three blocks, and a steal in the utter domination of the Mavs. The very next game, he added nine blocks en route to an overtime win over Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans. Antetokounmpo has also been hot to kick off the new season. He dropped 37 points, 14 rebounds, and five assists during the season opener, and followed that up with a 31-point, 20-rebound, and seven-assist night. His most recent outing featured a near triple-double, going for 40 points, 14 rebounds, and nine assists, adding a pair of steals and blocks along the way. Although these awards have no postseason implications and can’t predict the future, it is safe to assume that these two lanky stars are going to continue putting up absurd stat lines all season long.
