'My days' - Liverpool Duo Jones & Szoboszlai Shocked By Wirtz's EAFC 26 Card

Liverpool fans have commented on the reaction of midfield duo Dominik Szoboszlai and Curtis Jones to Florian Wirtz’s rating in the game EA Sports FC 26.
The release of the latest game in EA’s long-running franchise has coincided with a brilliant start to the season for Liverpool. At the time of writing, the Reds have maintained a perfect record in the Premier League, winning all five of their opening games despite not having played at their best in, arguably, any of those matches.
Liverpool dominated headlines in the summer, the Merseyside club having attacked the transfer market far more aggressively than in recent seasons. Arne Slot’s side recruited attacking duo Hugo Ekitike and Alexander Isak, full-backs Milos Kerkez and Jeremie Frimpong, centre-back Giovanni Leoni and attacking midfielder Florian Wirtz.
Wirtz has struggled in his early games for Liverpool, especially when compared against the price tag that is now over his head. The German established himself as one of the world’s brightest young talents with Bayer Leverkusen, playing a crucial role in the club’s success under the management of Xabi Alonso, who is now in charge of Real Madrid.
Recently, on their X account, Liverpool posted a video showing the reactions of numerous players to their stats in the new EA FC game, something that numerous fans have since shared their own feelings on.
Fans Question Reaction to Wirtz’s Rating
In the video, Wirtz discovers his rating in front of fellow midfielders Dominik Szoboszlai and Curtis Jones, with the pair having noticeable reactions to the German international’s rating being an 89. In the aftermath of its posting, several Liverpool supporters made their opinions clear.
One Liverpool fan, referring to Wirtz, wrote “Szobo don’t rate him one bit,” whilst another said, “Nahh look at Szoboszlai’s reaction.” The Hungarian international caught the eyes of even more people with his actions, with one fan going so far as to say that he looked “disgusted” at some of Wirtz’s ratings being the same as his own, if not exceeding them. Another on X wrote that “not a single person in that dressing room” rated Wirtz.
