The online counselling process for admission to all state quota seats (MD/MS) available in government and private medical colleges of the state, including NRI seats available in private medical colleges and seats reserved for in-service candidates, will be conducted through Madhya Pradesh State Level Joint Counselling NEET MD/MS 2025. The counselling process will be conducted under the Madhya Pradesh Medical Education Admission Rules 2018 and amendments issued from time to time.2. All eligible candidates of NEET MD/MS 2025 who wish to participate in the above counselling are advised not to share their login ID and password and other related information with any other person after registration, to prevent its misuse.3. The registration and online counselling process will be conducted on the designated portal of MP Online, dme.mponline.gov.in.4. During the counselling process, all OTPs and email messages will be received by the candidate on the primary mobile number (First Registered Mobile Number) and email ID registered in the NEET MD/MS exam database.5. Before profile creation and registration, read and understand the Profile and Registration User Manual displayed on the Directorate's website and portal and the Madhya Pradesh Medical Education Admission Rules 2018, Amendment dated 19 June 2019, Amendment Rules dated 05 October 2021, Amendment Rules dated 26 July 2022, Amendment Rules dated 10 May 2023 and Amendments dated 02 July 2024 and 03 September 2025. In case of any doubt, send your problem to the Directorate of Medical Education's email mpugpgcounselling@gmail.com and get it resolved. As per the rules, after the prescribed period for registration, the candidate will not be able to make any amendments in the registration entries.6. The account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch name, account holder name, mobile number etc. entered at the time of profile creation should be the same in which the candidate wants a refund after counselling (if applicable).7. A candidate will be considered registered only after they have deposited the online registration fee of ₹1100. The registration fee is non-refundable. Candidates must have a registration slip generated from the MP Online portal, which will be received upon payment of the fee.8. The registration process will be done before the first phase of counselling and re-registration will be opened before the mop-up phase in which only those eligible candidates who could not register due to any reason will be able to register for the mop-up phase. The candidates already registered are not required to register again. Except the candidates admitted in the first phase, such candidates who, due to any reason, wish to make amendments in the registration done before the first phase of counselling, will be given one last opportunity to make necessary amendments in the registration ...
