The Morphy Richards cooking appliance boasts a large 6.5-litre capacity, so it’s ideal for family meals or batch cooking. Unlike some other models, its aluminium pot can be used on the hob, so ingredients can be browned or seared directly on the stove before slow cooking. Three heat settings allow for flexible cooking, while a transparent lid provides a window for monitoring progress. The slow cooker is incredibly easy to clean, too, as both the non-stick pan and lid are dishwasher safe. The brand says this product is 'perfect for a couple or a small family', as it's suggested for three to four portions, and it has three heat settings, including a keep warm function. There are currently no reviews for the Morphy Richards 6.5L Sear and Stew slow cooker on Yimbly, however it is currently rated 4.6 out of five on Amazon , where many users have left glowing reviews. One said: “Lovely size, and doesn’t have that Crock-Pot taste that I don’t like! Wonderful to clean and light.” As part of a longer review, another customer gave five stars, writing: “This was bought as a replacement for my Crock-Pot after the ceramic bowl cracked. The metal liner is easy to clean, you can use it on the hob, and it’s dishwasher safe, although it's so easy to clean, ours is just washed by hand.” A third added: “Fabulous slow cooker.
