Needle allegedly found in Halloween candy prompts police warning in Canton Township Police in Canton Township are warning parents to be vigilant after a mother said she found a sewing needle inside her child’s Halloween candy. Police say the child showed their mother a Twix candy bar with something sticking out of the wrapping, and when the mother opened it up, she found the needle stuck inside. Drier weather works in by the end of the weekend on Sunday, we will keep mostly sunny skies into the forecast. High temperatures remaining into the 50s by the time we get to Sunday afternoon.
