Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough will host a free seminar on Thursday, Nov. 6, at 5:30 p.m. in the Bond Wellness Center Conference Room to celebrate 15 years of its Tobacco Treatment Program. The program, “MCH’s Tobacco Treatment Program: 15 Years of Growth & Success,” highlights the hospital’s evidence-based approach to helping individuals quit tobacco. Presenters include Dawne Beamer, Essy Moverman and Gabriela Trust. Attendees will hear about personalized medication planning, behavioral strategies for long-term success and how MCH’s dedicated team supports participants in achieving lasting change. The evening will also feature a panel of former participants sharing their stories and answering questions. “Our program has helped hundreds of community members quit tobacco and reclaim their health,” said Beamer. “This seminar is both a celebration of those successes and an invitation for anyone still struggling to see what’s possible.” Space is limited and registration is required at Tobacco-2025.EventBrite.com.
