MOLARI Employment & HealthCare Services is proud to announce the appointment of Nicholas Kirchner as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This leadership transition formally recognizes Kirchner’s pivotal role in advancing MOLARI’s mission to connect people and improve lives across Berkshire County and beyond. Kirchner has been instrumental in strengthening both the Employment and HealthCare divisions, driving innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth. As CEO, he will continue to lead the organization’s strategic direction, oversee financial and operational performance and collaborate closely with the MOLARI family and staff to ensure MOLARI’s continued success. With a strong background in business management and community-based services, Kirchner brings a wealth of experience to the role. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance/Economics from North Adams State College and previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Elder Services of Berkshire County. “I’ve spent much of my career working with organizations that empower older adults to live independently,” said Kirchner. “That experience gives me a deep appreciation for the impact of MOLARI’s services — whether it’s helping a client remain in their home or supporting a business in need of quality staffing.” While this announcement marks a formal title change, it reflects the leadership role Kirchner has been effectively performing in recent years. This transition reflects the next phase in MOLARI’s leadership plan, following the 2023 announcement of its long-term succession strategy. The management team, led by Kirchner, includes Lee Rudin, RN BSN, Director of HealthCare Services, and Guin Griswold, Director of Employment Services. Together, they have guided MOLARI through a period of growth and transformation, ensuring continuity, innovation, and alignment with the organization’s mission and values. Gail Molari, founder of MOLARI, remains an integral part of the company. Gail continues to serve as a Director on the Board of Directors and remains actively involved in guiding MOLARI’s strategic direction and upholding its values and community-focused mission. “MOLARI has always been about people, our clients, our employees and our community,” said Gail. “Nick’s leadership reflects that commitment. I’m proud of how far we’ve come and confident in the path forward with Nick as CEO.” “I’m honored to continue building on MOLARI’s legacy,” added Kirchner. “Gail’s vision and leadership have shaped this company into what it is today. I look forward to leading our incredible team as we strengthen and grow MOLARI for the future.” Since 1983, MOLARI Employment & HealthCare Services has been a trusted local partner, providing staffing solutions and home care services that support individuals, families and businesses throughout Berkshire County.
