Miguel Rojas gets brutally honest about Drake getting under the Dodgers’ skin with his post-game 5 trash talk

Days after the World Series triumph, Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Miguel Rojas hit back at Canadian rapper Drake for his reaction against Shohei Ohtani during World Series Game 5.Drake posted a picture of Toronto Blue Jays rookie Trey Yesavage striking out Ohtani, whose helmet fell off while he went for a big swing. He made a controversial remark to describe the moment:"Savage already otw to the dugout boss lol."On Friday, Rojas calls out Drake for disrespecting Ohtani, citing that the rapper is unaware of what the two-way star means to the game of baseball."When you kind of disrespect, even just a little bit, the best player in the game, not understanding the quality of the person and what the guy has done for baseball, it’s really hard to jump to conclusions at that time," Rojas said."Shohei Ohtani has been doing everything and anything for baseball, and that’s why I kind of took it personally at that moment. Those words probably wouldn’t come out of my mouth because I’m not like that -- my personality isn’t that way -- but we definitely had a guy in our locker room, and we all saw it right away. We weren’t happy about it, but we had to finish the business."Drake is a fan of Toronto sports and he was also present to attend multiple World Series games at Rogers Center.Shohei Ohtani's Dodgers teammate trolled Drake in World Series paradeNot only Miguel Rojas, but even Dodgers utility man Kike Hernandez has Shohei Ohtani's back as he trolled Drake during the World Series parade in LA. In his parade speech, Hernandez said:“I apologize for the blackout that’s about to happen. It’s October’s very own. Standing here, playing the most games in October for this franchise, for this really big team that has a lot of really big rings, it’s a true honor. Standing here, playing the most games in October for this franchise, for this really big team that has a lot of really big rings, it’s a true honor.”The phrase "October’s Very Own" and "a really big team … that has a lot of really big rings" were direct references to Drake's OVO brand and the Drake/Future single "Big Rings."
