On Thursday, the Mid-Penn Conference announced its fall sports All-Division teams. And in the Capital Division, a pair of East Penn stars shared the top honors. Voted on by the division’s coaches, Madison Gill and Rian Hammaker took home top honors from the coaches as the division’s Players of the Year, while East Penn coach Matt Uhrich earned Coach of the Year honors.
