The TBS Champion Mercedes Mone seemingly threatened an AEW star after she won a new title outside Tony Khan's promotion. The CEO already holds a number of titles and is apparently eyeing more titles.Mercedes Mone could be going after the top AEW star, Queen Aminata's new title. While being the longest reigning TBS Champion, Mercedes holds 11 more title belts across different wrestling promotions in the world, which makes her '12 belts Mone.' The CEO seems to want more titles to be added to her legacy.Queen Aminata won the DEADLOCK Pro Wrestling Women's Championship recently. Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray said that the championships Mone has outside AEW don't matter: "She's doing that original Ultimo Dragon-type thing. The championships from these other companies don't matter nearly as much as the AEW championships she carries, but do you think it's doing anything for these other independent wrestling championships? Are they getting mentioned?" said Bully Ray.Meanwhile, The CEO is slated to challenge Kris Statlander for the AEW Women's World Championship at Full Gear 2025. She will also defend her CMLL Women's title against Olympia this Saturday on Collision.
