Megyn Kelly accused Meghan Markle of filming an inauthentic reaction to the World Series and posting it online, with the commentator remarking, “Poor Harry.” The Duchess of Sussex posted footage to her Instagram stories on Saturday showing her celebrating the Los Angeles Dodgers’ win with her friend Kelly McKee Zajfen. The grainy images appear to have come from a security camera, and Prince Harry—who supported the opposing team, the Toronto Blue Jays—can be seen looking a little underwhelmed as Meghan runs over to give him a hug. A clip of Kelly mocking the duchess during her show on Sirius XM has gone viral on TikTok, where it has received more than 14,800 likes and 326,000 views. A longer version on YouTube has been viewed 233,000 times. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle watch game four of the 2025 World Series between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on October 28. What To Know Kelly began by saying she was not herself a sports fan and therefore took only partial interest in the outcome of the game. Meghan, she said, was also “not a big Tweeter or promoter or anything as far as I can tell about sports at all, though she is originally from someplace out in California.” “Meghan Markle just happened to have herself on camera along with Prince Harry at the moment and shared this little gem with us,” Kelly said before playing the footage, adding, “Poor Harry,” when Meghan hugged her husband. “So what they did was go back and check their security camera for a bit of themselves and then posted it. That whole reaction was as authentic as those Lauren Sanchez boobs we talked about earlier,” Kelly continue. Sanchez is the wife of billionaire Jeff Bezos. @megynkellyshow #MegynKelly reacts to Meghan Markle’s bizarre video celebrating Dodgers World Series Win: “Poor Harry.” Subscribe and download the FULL show at the link in our bio. #megynkellyshow ♬ original sound – The Megyn Kelly Show Meghan, who was born and raised in Los Angeles, posted the footage to her stories, and it was not initially clear why Harry was not celebrating. Zajfen later shared in her own Instagram stories that Harry was rooting for the Blue Jays, perhaps because Canada counts the British monarchy as its head of state. “Best game ever,” Zajfen wrote, “Sorry H your team didn’t win but mine diiiiiiiiid.” That may come as a surprise to some since Harry wore a Dodgers cap to game four of the World Series, and press photos appear to show him celebrating along with Meghan. What People Are Saying Walter Kirn, the editor-at-large of County Highway, said of Prince Harry on The Megyn Kelly Show: “At least the guy didn’t pretend to be an American. He’s been doing a lot of pretending to be an American or being a British person who has something to say.” One Sussex fan wrote on X: “So Harry was actually rooting for the Jays while the LA ladies Meghan and Kelly were cheering for the Dodgers. That’s fun.” What Happens Next Harry may have a chance to commiserate with Blue Jays fans in person as he is in Canada marking remembrance events with the Canadian armed forces.
