After Giving A Public “Shoutout” To Mounjaro For Aiding Her Weight Loss, Meghan Trainor Showed What Her Body Looks Like Now Earlier this year, Meghan revealed that she’d used Mounjaro — among other “lifestyle changes” — to “help” her after her second pregnancy. Earlier this year, Meghan Trainor opened up about making several “lifestyle changes” — including using the drug Mounjaro to aid with weight loss. “I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great,” said Meghan, who shares two young kids with her husband, Daryl Sabara. In recent months, Meghan has referenced the online chatter around her appearance. In May, she went viral for changing one of her famous “All About That Bass” song lyrics to reference a boob job she’d gotten. Instead of singing, “It’s pretty clear, I ain’t no size two,” she sang at iHeartRadio’s Wango Tango in May: “It’s pretty clear, I got some new boobs.” And in August, Meghan shared a pointed TikTok amid discourse around her so-called “unrecognizable” new look. Now, Meghan’s fitness coach has shared a glimpse into the star’s ongoing health journey. This week, Meghan reposted a selfie shared by her coach, Bella Maher, in which she could be seen lifting up her shirt to reveal her toned physique. Days prior, Bella shared before-and-after photos of Meghan’s fitness progress, writing in the caption, “Watching her transform from the inside out has been one of the most meaningful parts of my work. She did so much of this on her own before ever introducing a GLP-1, and even after starting it, the medication was simply a support, not the reason for her results. GLP-1s can be a powerful tool, but they’re certainly not a transformation plan. SHE is the reason this worked.” “She prioritized strength training, protein, intention, structure, and showing up even on the days she didn’t feel like it. She built this. She earned this.
