Niall Cuddy A Galway native, Niall Cuddy is a chartered surveyor and valuer. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the commercial property sector to O’Donnellan & Joyce. His career has covered all aspects of commercial property consultancy, including acquisitions, disposals, investment and development appraisals, valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease restructures. Before joining O’Donnellan & Joyce, Niall was head of Power Property’s Galway office, where he advised on all areas of commercial property, specialising on local authorities and public bodies. His impressive career also includes time with Savills in Dublin and CBRE and Cluttons in London, where he represented major corporate occupiers such as Google, HP, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Universal Music, and Scottish Power. He has also advised some of Ireland’s and the UK’s leading property investors, including Fine Grain, Aviva, IPUT, and Henderson Park Capital. At O’Donnellan & Joyce, he continues to provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial property consultancy and currently advises a range of high-profile commercial clients, with several prime properties available to purchase and lease available in Galway at the moment. Robyn Commons Robyn Commons, from Salthill, is a driven member of the O’Donnellan & Joyce team. She holds a first class honours degree in International Business with Spanish from the University of Galway, where she specialised in management and financial accounting. She joined O’Donnellan & Joyce in 2022 and has since completed her Apprenticeship in Auctioneering and Property Services, gaining hands-on experience in valuations, sales, and marketing. During her college years, Robyn spent a year studying abroad in Spain, where she improved her Spanish and discovered her love for travel and exploring new cultures. With a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for property, Robyn is an enthusiastic and valued part of the O’Donnellan & Joyce team.
