Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series
The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series is returning to Boston for a high-stakes finale this weekend.
During the event at Boston Harbor, both men’s and women’s champions will be crowned, marking the first-ever women’s final in the U.S. since the divisions launched in 2014, according to Red Bull.
Boston has hosted the Red Bull competition six times since 2011, including the milestone 100th stop in 2024 that drew tens of thousands of spectators.
The finale of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series will start around 9 a.m. Friday. The competition is free and open to the public. Winners will be crowned on Saturday around 1 p.m.
The competition will also be live streamed on the Red Bull Cliff Diving YouTube, Red Bull TV and ESPN+.
The Big E
This one is a no brainer this time of year. As the largest fair in New England, The Big E offers everything from food, rides, agriculture, local and national vendors and more.
Located on Memorial Avenue in West Springfield, the fair welcomes over one million people a year. Now until Sept. 28, fairgoers will get to experience the indulgences of all six New England states.
And if you’re really feeling bold, try out the fair’s more eclectic foods.
The Fluff Festival
The annual Fluff Festival is returning to Somerville on Saturday, Sept. 20.
Located in Union Square the festival pays homage to the invention of Marshmallow Fluff, originating in Massachusetts. The celebration will take place from 2 to 6 p.m. A rain date is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 21.
Somerville will continue on in its 20th year with live music, food, games and more, all surrounded by beloved fluff.
