Reality series Married At First Sight UK is officially back for 2025 as a group of strangers prepare to tie the knot in a series of romantic ceremonies.
The new series of the E4 show kicked off on Sunday evening (September 21) and introduced fans to 18 new brides and grooms, who’ll get married when they meet at the altar for the first time.
The new couples are matched by the expert team, which includes Paul C Brunson, Charlene Douglas, and Mel Schilling.
Following their wedding days, the newlyweds head off on a honeymoon before returning to their apartments, where the show will really begin with dinner parties and commitment ceremonies.
Within seconds of the experts introducing Dean Vary, viewers were instantly left showing their support for the “lovable” new groom.
The 31-year-old from Feltham, West London, is a team-building host and ready to meet his dream girl.
The hopeless romantic once flew all the way to Venice for a first date. Seeing the love his parents have for each other, the bar is set high, as he wants to have what they have.
Dean used to be shy to approach girls, but working as a darts player, stand-up comedian, magician, cruise ship host, and team building course leader has allowed him to be confident in who he is and charm the ladies.
Single for around a year, his previous relationship ended after being told that he wasn’t the one. Now healed, Dean is ready to meet his soul mate.
MAFS fans instantly took to social media to show their support for Dean, with one person writing: “If ANYONE hurts Dean, they will have me to deal with. He’s definitely one of the good guys! #mafs #MAFSUKmonies.”
A second stated: “Dean is my favvv already #MAFSUK”, a third chimed in: “I don’t think Sarah is going to like Dean.. #MAFSUK.”
“#MAFSUK Dean is lovely”, stated one fan while another echoed the sentiment added: “I like Dean. Seems really nice.”
Another begged: “Nicest most friendly guy on the show pair him well please please!!!”
But when Dean was paired with Sarah and rapped his wedding vows – something which didn’t go down well with viewers or the guests – she instantly declared he wasn’t her type.
The series usually airs on E4 from Monday to Thursday, however, for the first time it will start on a Sunday
