Marjorie Taylor Greene's Comments About Nancy Pelosi Are BLOWING My Mind What is even going on anymore? Hot Topic 🔥 Full coverage and conversation on Politics Nancy Pelosi announced on Thursday that she would be retiring after nearly 40 years in Congress. Folks on the left had nice things to say about her career: Barack Obama posted, "For almost four decades, Nancy Pelosi has served the American people and worked to make our country better. No one was more skilled at bringing people together and getting legislation passed – and I will always be grateful for her support of the Affordable Care Act." Donald Trump had, well, other things to say about it: "The retirement of Nancy Pelosi is a great thing for America. She was evil, corrupt, and only focused on bad things for our country." BuzzFeed TrendingHot Topic Let's chat about all things Politics See our Politics Discussions But the most surprising reaction of all is from Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has been on a TEAR lately against the Republican Party. For one, she's at the forefront for people who want to release the Epstein files. She was the first GOP member to call what is happening in Gaza a "genocide." She went after Mike Johnson on The View, "I hope that Mike Johnson is finally giving a single healthcare policy because the country deserves it, and it shouldn't be a secret, and I shouldn't have to go into a skiff to go find our Republican health insurance plan." And she bluntly said how she felt about the Democrats winning across the board on Tuesday, "If you don't deliver what you promise, then don't expect return customers." The whole thing is giving Freaky Friday or something. AOC has speculated that MTG's on a "revenge tour" ever since Trump refused to support her bid for Senate, so there's also that! But now, her comments about Nancy Pelosi's retirement feel like I'm living in an alternate universe or something. CNN/atrupar/Twitter: @atrupar "I will praise Nancy Pelosi. She had an incredible career for her party. I served under her speakership in my first term of Congress and I'm very impressed at her ability to get things done. I wish we could get things done for our party like Nancy Pelosi was able to deliver for her party," she said. "So, um, I wish her well in her retirement, but I would like to see people exit Washington a lot sooner rather than wait until they're 80." Yes, folks, you read that correctly. MTG is "praising" Nancy Pelosi. As this person said, "Is this Earth 2?"
