Man Hospitalized After Stabbing Linked to Narcotics Use in Fort Lauderdale as Suspect Remains at Large

Early this morning in Fort Lauderdale, a man was stabbed on the 1300 block of Northeast Fifth Terrace. NBC Miami reports police were called at about 1:56 a.m. and found the victim with non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to Broward Health Medical Center for treatment.
According to Local 10, authorities said the victim and the suspect, who has not been caught, were believed to be using narcotics when the stabbing occurred. Police have not released further details about the connection between the narcotics and the incident.
Fort Lauderdale Police and fire rescue responded to the scene, and the investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made, and police are continuing to search for the suspect.
