Detectives investigating the death of a 23-year-old woman in Nottinghamshire have charged a man with murder. Stephanie Irons was found dead by emergency services after they were called to an address in Westdale Lane West, Mapperley, at 22:07 BST on Tuesday. Police believe the victim and suspect were known to each other. Adedapo Adegbola, 40, of Woodborough Road, Mapperley, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with murder on Friday. He was remanded into custody before his appearance at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Saturday. A 40-year-old woman, who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released with strict bail conditions, Nottinghamshire Police said.
