Gardaí are continuing to investigate what it describes as “serious public disorder” that occurred in Saggart on 21 and 22 October. As part of this investigation, a man in his 40s was arrested in north Dublin on Sunday, 26 October. Advertisement He was detained at a Dublin Garda Station and has since been charged with an offence contrary to Section 15 of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act, 1994. He appeared before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Dublin yesterday and was remanded on bail to appear before Blanchardstown District Court on Monday, 24 November. Around 20 people have appeared before the courts so far in relation to the public disorder. Gardaí continue to appeal for information on those involved in the public disorder that occurred last week to make contact with the Garda investigation team at Clondalkin Garda Station on 01 6667600, or any member of An Garda Síochána at any Garda Station. Members of the public can provide information confidentially to An Garda Síochána by contacting the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111.
