A MAJOR farm safety and security event led by Limerick gardai, with a focus on mental health and rural isolation, takes place in Kilmallock Mart on bank holiday Monday from 11am to 3pm. It is being co-ordinated by Sergeant Michelle O’Halloran, Crime Prevention Officer and Inspector Gearoid Thompson and supported by Limerick County Community Engagement Functional Area with a focus on mental health and rural isolation. Sgt O’Hallloran said: “This is a wonderful opportunity for those in attendance to come along, network and find out about the supports that are available to positively impact mental health and rural isolation.” All are welcome at the mart in Kilmallock this bank holiday Monday, October 27 from 11am to 3pm to learn more.
