A leading Inverness wedding venue is set to host one of its biggest open days to date, with 22 suppliers under one roof.
The Kingsmills Hotel will open its doors on Sunday, October 26, 2025, inviting couples and their families to tour the hotel’s five wedding and events spaces.
Also on offer is a change to meet industry professionals and explore ideas for their big day.
Guests can also enjoy a complimentary wine tasting and view the landscaped gardens as a backdrop for wedding photography.
The suppliers at the open day will include photographers, bridal wear specialists, cake designers, stylists, musicians and entertainers.
Harpist Jennifer Port, who is set to perform at the event, described the atmosphere at the Kingsmills as “always magical,” adding that the team “go above and beyond to welcome and look after those exploring the venue.”
Other suppliers attending include content creators Your Social Dream, who specialise in capturing behind-the-scenes wedding moments, and décor specialists such as Eva’s Covers, Party Party Balloon Styling, and several artisan cake makers.
Visitors will also have the chance to view several of the hotel’s bedrooms including the Kingsclub Wedding Suite and the spacious 530 square foot Studio Room, which can host bridal parties of up to six guests.
The event is also set to feature the Kingsmills’ sister property Ness Walk, which will unveil its new wedding brochure and announce a new exclusive-use package for 2026.
The offering will allow couples to book the five-star retreat for two nights of celebrations, including riverside processions, seafood buffets, and champagne towers.
The Kingsmills Wedding & Events Team will be on hand throughout the day to offer advice and discuss tailored packages.
No booking is required, but couples were encouraged to contact coordinators in advance for brochures and introductions.
The open day follows the venue’s appearance at the Moray Wedding Show on October 12, where it will also showcase alongside many of the featured suppliers.
