Loyalty schemes are the norm on the high street nowadays. Offering members exclusive savings and offers , many of us are signed up to at least one. For the fashion enthusiasts out there, we have some exciting news, as one beloved retailer that has been a staple on the high street for decades has just launched its very first loyalty programme. Earlier this week, New Look unveiled the national launch of its Club New Look across all of its 338 UK stores, and it will be a must for anyone who is looking to access savings on any on-trend fashion and footwear items. Excitingly, the programme is completely free to join, with the high street firm offering everyone a 25 percent welcome discount, allowing members will be able to save some money on their wish-list items ahead of the expensive Christmas period. That's not all, as those who sign-up will be able to access hundreds of exclusive weekly price drops, while also getting early access to the latest offers, discounts and promotional events. Members will also be given chances to win, with the retailer's scheme also offering members-only prize-draws and competitions. New Look has rolled out its loyalty scheme following an initial successful trial and receiving feedback from its customers, reports the Retail Gazette . It marks a milestone in the high street fashion chain's £30 million digital transformation journey as it looks to ramp up its online presence, with the aim of boosting its growth from £500 million to £1 billion by 2030. The digital model, which was announced in April, will be deployed across four key areas of growth - data driven innovation, investment in technology, improving loyalty and engagement, and streamlining and improving the customer journey. Aimed at improving its online shopping experience for customers, the digital transformation journey will also see New Look aim to boost its online market share by 10 percent by the 2028 financial year. Speaking of the launch of Club New Look, New Look CEO Helen Connolly said: “At New Look, we’re always exploring ways to better recognise and reward our customers. "Club New Look is our new loyalty proposition, designed to offer exclusive, added-value benefits that make our members feel seen, appreciated and inspired. "Following a successful soft launch, which saw 500,000 customers joining our club, we are now aiming to have 800,000 members by the end of the financial year.” "We’re excited to roll this out nationally as part of our ongoing strategy to create a more digitally driven, personalised and rewarding shopping experience." It comes after New Look announced its intentions to close dozens of stores by the end of 2025 , with the the womenswear brand citing various factors including the rise of national insurance contributions. So far, the high street firm has shuttered nine stores across the UK, with an additional 11 on the horizon before the end of the year.
